I'am the creator of this mod, you can download from the Fallout Nexus under the name: Armageddon Weapon And Mine and no, this is not a mini nuke... :D But, if i increased the radius of the explosion as big as it was in FO3 you've seen nothing on the screan, just smoke for 2 minutes. The explosion would be soo big that the player stand almost in the middle of the explosion, no matter how far you shoot. So, that's why i had to decrease the radius...
