Palmer Johnson Rolls Out Largest Yacht Yet



Bob Dohr was on the scene early Friday morning as workers at Palmer Johnson Yachts in Sturgeon Bay transferred the largest yacht they've ever constructed (210 feet) just down the street to Bay Shipbuilding Company to be put in the water. Video by: Bob Dohr Copyright 2013 Nicolet Broadcasting, Inc.

  3. So sad that Palmer Johnson is closing. The result of higher regulation cost and taxes made if incredibly difficult for them to compete overseas. Wish them the best of luck and may someone else take up the supersport design. Love it

  5. 60,000 gallons . . . Al Gore wouldn't approve of that carbon footprint. The cost to fuel it for an outing costs more than my house.

  7. I wonder how long it takes to sail out of Sturgeon Bay.  Having to go through all of those states and Canada just to get out into open sea.
  8. no wonder why this look so nice... it's a Nuvolari Lenard desing...they desing many awesome yacht like Seven Seas, Alfa Nero, Quattroelle. and Etc..  and this is 210ft. long(65m) it's a big enough..

    i dont no why someone order those mega yacht like Azzam and Eclipse they are huge long yacht..
    ok i understand at someone has too much money and they want to show their money but enough is enough....

  17. PJ is know worldwide for its craftsmanship. This yacht was a boon to the city of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. With Palmer Johnson, Burger Boats and Cruisers, Wisconsin has some of the finest yacht builders in the world.

  19. Love the fact it was built in the USA & has a US Flag!
  20. Paying for thousands of gallons of fuel for this monstrosity.  Wait till "Peak Oil" arrives!
