    Customer-WTF!!!!!
    Rick - 30 bucks
    Deal
  2. This fool takes a card like that to a pawn shop...What are you thinking?
  3. 2:25 that's the face of a guy with a 60k debt to the mob.
  4. I thought it would be worth more than $12-15K. I was thinking more like about $40,000 really.
  5. pawn stars are rip offs,,
  6. He's been sold a pup.
  7. What a lunatic
  8. Baby Ruth. The candy bar is nice. I guess this player was named after the candy bar. Orel Herschiser .. Oreo cookies, and Hershey bars. Reese Witherspoon, sounds like ice cream.
  9. It would bring 35-45k at auction. I need to make some money off it, I am a business. I will give you 12K. Can you do 15k? I will give you 13.5K, that's all I can do. OK I will take it. Great, let's come over here and do some paperwork. Lame.
  10. Mike Corelone :.."My offer is this.......nothing"
  11. Why sell it if you can eat it after all it's "BABYRUTH" chocolate
  12. Horribly ugly image, blank back. Worthless card in my opinion, even if it is Babe Ruth.
  13. My dad had a really rare babe ruth card as a kid, but he traded it for a bunch of pogs, unaware of the rarity.
  14. Where do people come up with these numbers? The expert gave him the value. Nuff said
  15. 3:25 Is that guy on the left George Lucas?!
  16. why is this guy trying to sell that card in a freakin pawn shop?? why don't he ask collecters or go online , stuff like that.
  17. The collectible market took a major nose dive too back in 2005, but all the collectible markets have taken a major drop.

If you watch shows like Barret's from 2003 or so, you'll see cars selling for 2-3x what they sell for now, simply because the market for collectible items took a major dive after the last fiscal meltdown....

Frankly the sheer rarity of a true 10 card of Ruth period from his era is unheard of, $12k isn't anywhere near what that card is really worth.
  18. Why would a "collector" try to sell something to a pawn shop

  20. Anyone with photos of vintage Illinois or Texas road signs found on interstates from 1974 to 1995 I would love to see them , especially pre-1974 when more states used differential speed limits for trucks and night driving.
