  1. HA Ha, ha ha!
  2. I was so sorry to see your colony die.

But I learned - build slowly, especially citizens. Make sure there is enough access to everywhere. Watch the power, water, and oxygen, grids and allow citizens in according to how many you can support. Trade when you aren't getting citizens, but only for good stuff that you need. Look at how your various professions will distribute themselves and set up work areas accordingly. Only one mine. Centralize your storage and eating facilities. Make sure you have water fountains. Use the multipurpose dome for entertainment; it has water fountains too. Use small domes for medical, entertainment, work stations, and things like that and larger ones for storage, bio, and things like that. Constantly keep an eye on grid information as well as food. An overabundance of food is a good thing. You can always trade some if you have too much. Get metals, plastics, and spares going as soon as feasible but don't bring in people unless the grid can support them.

Okay... that was a lot of learning. So thanks for the class. LOL
  3. Frustratingly funny episode Biffa!!
  4. Yeah maybe adaptation the NASA attitude wouldn't hurt. You need a back-up plan for your back-up plan's back-up plan. I know you've finished this season, but maybe this advice can be some help in season 3.
  5. colony is dead D:
  6. Why didn't you add another set of wind and solar panels in another area? Then take down the broken ones for parts?
  7. Wow!! i was at the edge of my seat saying oh no!! not again they all are dying :) great vid.
  8. shutting down an area i dont think does anything to your O2 it just stops power usage you need to kill the bot production center and the factory and put in one or 2 O2 generatores build a new solar if the others are not working and scap the ones you have if you do not have a way to fix them. also every air lock needs to connect to O2 or a supplies dome. then have all your production needs to link into a storage to help cut down on delivery times
  9. maybe if you turned on the landing pad some traders would come and then maybe you could trade something for spares and then maybe you could get some power
  10. Remove the Sickbay and Dorm and put them someplace else so that you can make an airlock for outback.
  11. The part I find humor in is at the start of the base, in the video was commenting on the workers in the mine.... This one however starts.... Sob sob... It is a time like that where a mass recycle was needed for materials.
  12. I am glad you don't work for national power grid system, run out of power every night........
  13. Watching you fret over your base is hilarious. #goodcontent

That said, I think your earlier comparison to Banished (which I think you made) is right on the mark. The challenge in this is managing your resources and this being your first base, you have placed the buildings all hodge-podge wherever you could stick them. This has created some terrible pathfinding. So...do some planning in terms of the overall layout for your next base before you start building. I do think that separating your living quarters from your infrastructure was a smart move. Keep that.
  14. Biffa I love this game plz make more I am new to your channel but I know you from hermit craft from many times you kill x for his head
  15. The Robot Lab with the Auto-Repairer seems to be so important. Robots transport much faster than colonists. Just my suggestion. I have enjoyed watching your playthrough.
  16. They were not "literally holding their breath" all night. Oxygen does not go straight from the oxygen generators into your colonists, it goes into the living area. The game is very clear about this.
  17. Time to catch up on this. ;-)
  18. NEVER take apart any thing
think for 60 second before doing so
  19. Its 4 workers per mine !!!!!!
  20. 3 can work in the mine at once
