Managing your sky-scraping empire will be no easy task – growth will require a mastery of the various interlocking systems that are required for each type of establishment to thrive. Office workers will want to grab a quick lunch or coffee. Restaurants and their patrons will value location and convenience. Throw in the challenges of implementing utilities, ensuring easy transport and navigation around the building, and of course managing your finances, and it’s clear that success in Project Highrise will be no easy task. Your job as the architect and developer is to build world-famous skyscrapers that will be the envy of the entire city, masterpieces of art and engineering. But a skyscraper is more than just steel and glass, it’s an intricate ecosystem, full of people that live and work in the building. They become a complex machine that needs your steady hand to keep it running smoothly and efficiently. From the moment you break ground, every decision rests with you. As the architect you must coordinate the construction of everything - every wall and wire, every office and apartment. As the building owner you must keep your tenants happy - and paying rent on time. As a savvy developer you must keep an eye on the bottom line and invest in the future. Succeed and you will reap the rewards of a prestigious address where everyone will clamor to live and work. Fail and you will watch tenants leave in disgust, taking their business elsewhere and leaving your reputation in tatters. Will you create an exclusive office highrise that attracts business leaders from around the world? Will you construct luxury apartments in the sky, penthouses for the elite and playgrounds for the famous? Perhaps greed will get the better of you and you’ll build a tenement building that trades tenant happiness for loads of cash? All these choices and more are yours. Success is entirely in your hands. Features - Deep and complex simulation of a modern skyscraper. - Huge variety of tenants with their own unique characteristics, from restaurants, to offices, retail stores, or residential apartments. - Open sandbox play with several difficulty levels and starting conditions allowing you to build your dream skyscraper towering above the surrounding city. - Campaign mode that tests your skill at building a successful highrise in challenging scenarios. - Test your management mettle by keeping up with your buildings diverse population and their ever-increasing demands. - Hire specialized consultants to increase your building's curb appeal, operational efficiency, and pull with city hall. project highrise download yoot tower

  1. Biffa, I'm not sure you had to build the floor all the way to connect the elevators on the left side...because when you build a new floor when one doesn't already exist you can put an elevator in and that is how they get there to build...I think you tried to put in the elevator without enough money, that is why you couldn't place it....worked out anyways with the rooms over there, but thought it might be helpful for future expansion...:)
  2. Biffa happy easter ^.^
  3. Hey Biffa I don't own this game, but it looks like elevators don't need to have stops on every floor, but rather just the floors they need to access. the reason i say that is because they cost money to maintain each stop. The example I can site is the regular elevator in the left tower. It has an opening on the ground floor, but it doesn't look like the ones that you can place and still goes up. If this works you may be able to remove the extraneous freight elevators and just have stops on the floors that they need to reach. Idk, it's just a guess...
  4. Liking it so far, Keep up the good work
  5. I couldn't resist but get this DLC, which I loaded up this morning. I've been playing it all day, and then I see that you picked the same scenario I did to play! It's fun. :-)
  6. you should have a sky walk every fourth floor (or whatever you think is reasonable) so people could easily walk over without going all the way to the top or the bottom.
  7. please clean that pizza place lol
  8. Is this like Oxygen not included? Is it the same developer? I refused to watch the 1st episode, then I thought, ok, I do this one (sounds wrong :) but hmmmm isnt that getting boring? And no, I dont rage or anything....hmmm maybe its always the same, you dont know a game and simply you dont wanna watch it...no harm done. But I like you gave it a try, for me it is. Im still waiting for a super simple game, but what opens the world...no graphics, no sound...but a LOT OF WORLD and explore/inventing without limits! Especially the tech-tree shouldnt stop to explore! Maybe I should give Stellaris Utopia a try but from what I saw its very limited. Im a programmer myself and I coded a big universe with blackholes, suns, starsystems and planets and even planet surfaces and it is hard to make a game with a neverending techtree, but I know it is possible! I see, this is more like Airport, once you get plus money in the game, it simply ends. People cannot think anything else than money, even in the real world, its really disappointing in my eyes. No nature, no life, only money. Btw, I would never play ONI myself, bc it is like Civilization 1, you HAVE to have 1 enemy, its never peace there. Theres always 1 problem, you cannot leave the game alone, not for 1 second. I like Minecraft, the world is unlimited, crafting is huge, and you can walk away and the game works itself.
  9. Top!!
  10. Sorry biffa
