Today, I stepped out onto the back porch and whipped up a batch of pulled pork quesadillas on the griddle. I start with the biggest flour quesadillas you'll ever see, add sharp cheddar cheese, a mixture of leftover smoked pulled pork, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and Hatch roasted green chile. This recipe is very flexible. Feel free to add scrambled eggs and convert it to a breakfast quesadilla :) Thanks for watching! 7. This is version 2.0 of this video. I uploaded a slightly different version last week. Tonight, I decided to delete it, delete a 4 second scene, and re-upload it. If you've already watched it and liked it, or gave a nice comment, please do so again! In the original video, I said a few words that would not have made sense to viewers. It was meant as a slight toward a former sponsor. The Holy Spirit showed me that this is not the way that the Lord wants me to deal with things. Jesus teaches us to forgive the wrongs done to us and to love unconditionally. I want to be like Jesus...not like Todd! Further more, I don't want a permanent video record of me trying to cunningly insult somebody when it was wrong to do in the first place. Too much info...I know. Thanks for watching, everybody!!!!
