RAGEBLADE VARUS IS OP! | Varus ADC edited gameplay | League of Legends

Hello Ladies and Fellas! So I was experimenting with the new rage blade and oh my god it works really well! so you max Varus's W which has on hit magic damage, pair that with rage blade's new passive, every second attack will proc on hit damages twice, add a runnans and a nashoors tooth and you got a whole lot of damage! 1. Why is this not popular? Isn't the armor/health shred with this build a lot better then Vayne?
2. does the Rageblade 6 Stacks double the W effect?
3. that lcs support ..i still pref the yamous, muramana, black cleaver, steraks, deadmans plate build..u have about 3.3k life and over 300 ad bye bye zed players
