A Saudi prince has been arrested in Lebanon in one of the largest ever drug busts in the country. The prince is accused of trying to smuggle illegal drug that has been widely used by militant groups in Lebanon and Syria. Authorities in Beirut International Airport detained prince Abdel Mohsen Bin Walid Bin Abdulaziz and four others. They say about two tons of Captagon pills and some cocaine were packed into cases that were waiting to be loaded onto a private plane heading to Saudi Arabia. Captagon is the brand name for the amphetamine phenethylline. Captagon use is most common in Arab countries. The militant groups smuggle the illegal drug in exchange for weapons and money.
