Shadow of Mordor Speedrun - Any% World Record - 1:58:59

Previous WR was 2:01:53 by AceFrog. Sub-2 hours was the goal, and I just barely cut the 1:59 with a perfect Talon fight. My one major mistake was miscounting my warchiefs in zone 2, so I made an extra raid and probably wasted about a minute. I got the most useful rune in the game (keen eyed) and had good luck on warchiefs in both zones. I'm really happy with this. -- Watch live at http://www.twitch.tv/fearfulferret

   The first time that I actually played this game and got to the talon fight, I had a rapid firing orc on my side which one shot 1 talon at the start of the fight and a second one immediately after. After that he hit some accidentally killed two of my orcs and then proceeded to kill the third talon AND the fourth. The last one was range immune though, so i had to finish him myself :p
4. Wait, the Dark Lord isn't even a boss battle? Its just a QTE? FUCKING GAY

7. I play on T Wrecks em on XBox and T_Wrecks_em on PS4. i was thinking of going for this speed run. I'll tackle it but it'll be tough, so kudos!!

13. Most disappointing ending ever, the combat in this games is AWESOME and then they make the bossfight a QTE... Sigh :/

15. i didnt even know SoM was even speed-runnable? how's it done? lucky battles and optimizing paths and strats? I muist know!!!
16. I'm not sure if you have since this run, but lowering your sensitivity will help a bit. It'll clean up your head shot accuracy.
17. great game, but for the game its supposed to be, its to easy especially the fighting, the fact i can just smash hit and block. is a bit odd, but overall great game
