2. I found that my "Chinese knockoff" was actually better the the 3doodler. The 3doodler just gets jammed all the time I mean the fact that it needs a jamming unloaded is fucking stupid

5. I have what you called the "Chinese knock off brand piece of crap" and it actually works very well in my opinion.
6. they say use abs because it's less likely to clog your pen. the pla can expand if your a beginner and start and stop a lot.
7. I use painters tape as my "bed" or a glass plate when I want to trace something.

12. Hack it to be a "filabot", you know, a filament maker. It has the nozzle and the heater element.

ABS i used to work with so it does put off some toxic fumes when its at a certain temperature but heats up faster an also flows easier that other plastics that are considered PAX plastics an jams an things fromt eh materials are common its just like any thing that heats up if it don't heat up tot he right temperature then it will jam or clog
