3. Have one of these in a ported box tuned to 32hz and a Kicker DX1000.1 pushing it. Perfect combo. This 8 is waaayyyy louder than my old Alpine 12s
4. Where the FUCK was Skar Audio when I had my 2004 Ford Explorer!?!......that sub would've fit perfect replacing the factory 8 inch sub with no problems
5. just bought brand new subs tweeters amp and stereo for the 3rd time and let best buy install it for me and my subs blew out when i played music... best buy staff who installed my subs i hope you die in a fucking hole
6. Why have all production in Asia? That is the issue these days, companies say "Designed and Engineered in the US"! Back in the day, companies including Pyle were "Made in USA"! This all began in the 1990's when the government made it more profitable to lose US Manufacturing for almost all companies! Look at what it has done to cities like Detroit!

10. I purchased two skar audio vvx-10v3 because the guys at skar answered all my questions on them and I had a few. Well built look slick can't wait to put them in my enclosure.

14. I had a dc audio m3 8 and blew it in 20 mins so i got this skar ZVX 8 and its hitting with no problems thinking about getting another one this thing is a Lil monster!!!
15. I'm sure most of you guys bitching about them being rip off sundown or looking like them haven't owned either one. They are both different. Have different applications for both. The sundowns have a little more spl and the skars sound a little better and hit lower notes with ease. Try out a product before you bitch about it.
16. I'd be more inclined to buy Skar audio if this Kevin guy would take a second out of his day to respond to peoples questions. It's a clear sign that customers dont come first, and without customers, your company will likely fade into the unknown and perish.

20. I'm looking for the best 8" sub I can get, regarding loudness with good sound quality. I'm debating between a JL 8w7, Sundown SA 8, or this one the Skar ZVX 8. As far as wattage, Skar's is the highest but it's hard to tell how good they really are on a video. Guess my best option is to actually try one
