While I know I am not huge (yet) I know that my body has completely transformed and I am no longer self-conscious about the way my arms look. I am still working hard to become a better me, and I hope that this video inspires people that are like the old me to become more confident in themselves. Please, no hate on this video, only encouragement. Update: I have now completed 1 year of lifting, and have never been bigger. I now weigh 140 lbs Flat bench - 135 lbs x3 Incline bench- 115 lbs x6 Barbell squat- 165lbs x6 Deadlift- 255lbs x1 leg press- 720lbs x3 seated barbell press- 115lbs x6

People think being a skinny its good because you only have to gain muscle and not loose any weight, well the thing that they dont know is that skinny guys have a diferent metabolism, FAST METABOLISM, we use calories faster than any other type of body so we need to injust more calories and its really dificult to gain muscle when you are ectomorph, so first of all skinny guys need to put muscle and weigth on their bodies, a lot of muscle and weight, it can take us to eat even 10 times per day. Why we need to put muscle and weight on us? well because when we are going to shorten the muscle, we will loose some part of it and if we dont gain muscle, we will look like a stick with balloons in some part of it. What i am trying to say is that skinny guys need to work more and wait more time to see results than a fat guy.

  13. I'm a scrawny girl and I really wanna try lifting weights with someone who knows how to do it but I am literally so un-confident I couldn't do it with anyone else around. :(
