Sleep video - soothing sounds of big ocean waves breaking at night - HD 1080P

Ocean waves sleep video - big waves breaking and crashing at night. Many people find that they sleep especially well if they listen to a repeating sequence of soothing sounds. This video is a loop of a 1 minute set of waves chosen specifically for it's calming effect. If you're struggling with insomnia you should really try listening to this video when you go to bed. It will help to watch for a while until you are sleepy (video is dark, so won't hurt your eyes) and let it continue playing as you drift off to sleep. The looping 1 minute wave set has a calming sleep inducing effect when you watch it... like counting sheep i guess :) Likewise, the repeating and predictable sequence of collapsing wave sounds also works like a lullaby. Setting the volume to the right level is key for this to work. Adjust it down to a level that you feel comfortable with. I always find that my hearing becomes more acute when I settle down to sleep and prefer that the video volume is subtle. ** NB! If you're falling asleep to this video or any other make sure you disable autoplay (above suggested videos top right of screen) by clicking on the blue tick symbol or you could wake up with a jolt as the next video in YT's list starts or an advert plays before it. ** I hope this works for you!
