Obviously, even a small child can tell the difference between Ronnie Coleman and a natural bodybuilder. The former is about 150 lbs bigger, most of it high quality muscle mass. If both, natural and ‘roided’ bodybuilders, train the same way and eat the same diet, the differences in weight can only be caused by massive intake of anabolic drugs. However, sometimes it’s not as obvious. One of the trademarks of fake natural bodybuilders who are on roids is that on paper they are quite light but in reality they look much bigger. That’s because they have superior conditioning and quality mass. That gives the illusion that they weight more than they do. A good example would be the bodybuilders from the lower divisions who weight about 160-180 lbs and yet look 200-220 thanks to their quality muscle mass.
