I've heard Irving Crane ran over 300 on a 10 foot table. This run was made while playing fellow pro player, Teddy G. Run was ended when I used an extension to reach a shot on the 8-ball. I thought I had already passed 100 LOL. Filmed at Best Billiards LV, in Las Vegas, NV.

  1. I believe that if you want to learn how to pocket balls, play straight pool, not 9-ball. Like if you want to learn how to punch, you take boxing, not Aikido.
  2. Max is that teddy g your playn
  3. Great run Max, that table is the nicest one I've played on...ever. You are lucky to live near BB, especially getting to eat there frequently. I hated to see your run end, watching the video you didn't look quite settled (still) on the 8...it looked like you could've gone on forever, or at least to 200, especially how well the balls were opening.
  4. i hate you
  5. if only you were 7 feet tall Max that 8 ball would have been easy :D heres a thought, if playing on a 5x10 pool table becomes the table of choice for pro pool. will players height become a factor? say you have 2 equally skilled players, but one is paricas height and the other 6 feet tall. the shorter player would have to play longer distance shots or use an extension/bridge while the taller player can play shape closer to the object ball.
  6. Nice run.I really enjoyed watching it!
  7. Wisely spoken max :)
  8. One thing you should never do is tell someone what they can or cannot do, will or will not do. Perhaps it is just a reflection of your own thinking about what you will or will not do. If you are a parent, also it is important to be ultra positive with your kids. Look at Tiger Woods and his dad. It's all in the mind and the conditioning you create. That is why positive people repel negative people or comments, and go about creating the reality they imagine. All the best for your future.
  9. Harry, it's best to stay positive. Especially when you are hiding behind an anonymous screen name. But that is not the case online so it's easy for you to spout your negativity. That's why I called you what I did. I have no place for negative thinkers and losers who say stuff like you did. Perhaps you will think twice next time. Thanks for the good luck, maybe you are an ok guy after all. :)
  10. Max- Good job. You should be in good shape for the Derby City Classic Straight Pool Challenge that we are doing on ten foot tables next month.
  11. Max, I always love to see you play. This run was awesome, but the 15 ball runs in one pocket were incredible too. Which game do you prefer? I'm bettin' on one pocket. I played 9-ball and bank pool for 35 years, but I "graduated" to one-pocket, which is now my favorite game.
  12. Excellent camera angle Max! Also, at 8:14, I thought it was awesome how you played position to go into the rack from the out hole. Never seen that before. (but then I don't watch that much straight pool) :D
  13. That was a hell of a shot on the 6-ball at approx 2:00 min
  14. Well done max, your positional play never fails to amaze me :)
