I remember watching the other raw plant based youtubers a couple years back and being really wary. 30 bananas a day plus trying to feed a family of five was completely unsustainable so I quit after a few days.   9. Yes you are correct. But let me tell you some thing . If you rethink over and over again . The mean problem isn't Whole Food plant based diet at all . because it's possible to gain weight even in plant based diet . you should think about the calories and the amount of food you consume daily . Too much calories that your body doesn't need it will store as fat around stomach and buttock . Watch your calories and reduce the amount of food per meal . I did hear vegan can't get fat this is incorrect . Vegan can get fat more than omnivore. If he or she eat too much carbs or calories.

  13. hey! im 13 and transitioning into hclf vegan :), i live near my school so all i do is walk for about 5 mins to get to my destination and my classroom is in the 3rd level, do u consider that as a workout or exercise?

  15. What if you eat as much as you want to feel satiated but it's "not enough calories" (below 2,000). How can you trust your body?
  16. also, complex carbohydrates really do help you feel fuller for longer. too many simple carbs just leave you feeling hungry all the time.
  17. Walking and biking actually does make a big difference in weight loss.

  20. " use your body as transportation" ha!! That's great for summer, but winters where I live its -40 and there's so much snow you can't even walk on the sidewalks/roads.
