  1. Hey BJ, I have been trying to lose weight for ages. I find that my biggest issue comes down to money. You need to have some exercise machine, or purchase all organic foods, my family can't afford this, I'd love to eat organic, and toxin free food, but is this doable on a low budget? I have 2 kids and 1 on the way in 7 weeks. Once this baby is born I want to have another but I can't at my weight, it's not healthy. I need to lose over 100 lbs. I'm planning on attending your seminar on the 14th, but will I be able to benefit, being lower income and so over weight?
  2. BJ, in the past the best way I lost weight was to run on treadmill for 40min a day at around 4-7mph,  I stopped that out of laziness a year or so ago. I wanted to try more of a HIIT for about 10-15 minutes using a Schwinn Airdyne at pretty high intensity.  Based on your 3rd myth in this video, this should do a better job for me?  The 40min is just brutal amount of time for me to spend. Id rather do all out intensity.
