The anthill

In ancient Mexico there was the biggest anthill in the world; it was 2 meters high and 5 meters long. A lot of ants worked hard to find food to survive. One day a flood damaged Mexico causing a famine. The ants were able to save the anthill because they covered it with leaves and sticks, but an ant-bear that had survived the flood and was starving decided to attack the anthill during the night. After another day of hard work the ants got back home and went to sleep. At midnight the ant-bear arrived and took by surprise all the ants and he ate most of them. He also said to the rest that the day after he would go back to eat them, so the ants made a plan to catch the ant-bear. The next night the ant-bear went to the anthill but there was no sign of the ants, so he started to smash the anthill, but it was a trap because under the anthill there was a hole dug by the ants and the ant-bear fell into and fainted. When he woke up he was bound to a tree with grass ropes, the king of the ants warned him that if he wanted to be free he could not return to the anthill, he replied that he wouldn't, so the ants set him free and they re-built the anthill. The moral of this tale is that unity is strength
