People believe that Eddard Stark, who kept Lyanna's secret from Jon and even from his own wife for decades, who took Robert Baratheon down into the crypts on at least two occasions, came home from the Tower of Joy with artifacts of Rhaegar's, and buried those artifacts with Lyanna, while still maintaining the "official" story that Rhaegar kidnapped and raped her? No, that's all nonsense. There are no artifacts linking Lyanna to Rhaegar in the crypt at winterfell. Any evidence which could have disproved Eddard's lie could potentially have threatened the lives of himself and his entire family.
2. I think that the crypts have the sword dawn waiting for Jon Snow. I know that everyone thinks that Rhaegar is Jon's father but I think that it is Ser Arthur Dayne. If Rhaegar was Jons father then HBO would have no reason to hide Jons real name. Lyanna would say "hey Ned, the babys name is Rhaegar Jr." But that wasn't the case. Also, if the sword Dawn is lightbringer then it follows that the one who wields the sword would be a Dayne. Also, Ned keeps talking about promises to Lyanna that he broke. If the promise was to keep Jon safe then Ned fulfilled that promise. But if the promise was to keep the identity of her baby daddy a secret so that he would also be safe, Ned messed that up when he killed Arthur Dayne. That would be a broken promise.
