  1. 1:17-1:33 - Narrator: First of all, in just one serving, you effectively consume almost a third of your daily recommended caloric intake. Not only that, but by gulping down the nearly half-gallon of soda, you consume, on average, 146 grams of sugar, which is the equivalent of eating over 40 Oreo's. - I counted, and the exact number is 53 Oreo's.
  2. My mom says you shouldn't exceed more than 100 grams of sugar a day... This BIG GULP has 146 grams! That's 146% of your recommend daily intake of sugar! That's well beyond the amount of sugar even a little kid can afford to take in a day! I if you drink this daily everyday you will be on the fast track for diabetes! AND INSULIN IS EXPENSIVE MY FRIENDS MOM ON IT AND SHE'S FAT AND HAS TO PAY A FORTUNE FOR HER MEDICINE!
  3. Save your cup. Refills are much cheaper.

Also, when you go eat fast food, don't get a drink there. After you finish, take your Double Gulp cup to 7-11, get the refill. Much cheaper and more drink!
  4. I put a lot of Water in my
  5. Not even the biggest cup I buy when I go to the cinema is close as a Double Gulp. If the Double Gulp is 60 oz in volume, the cup at the cinema is 30 % less in volume (42 oz, ~ 5 1/4 cups) compared to 7 1/2 cups.
