  14. Reminds me of the music I used to listen to on CKGM AM radio in Montreal. Ahhhh, the memories. Oooh oohchild, I Never Promised You A Rose Garden, etc,...
  15. These are not all "One Hit Wonders." Some of these groups put out multiple albums, let alone singles, and lasted for years--doing more than just one song..
Case in point, David Essex and "Rock On." Essex had 19 top 40 singles and 16 top 40 albums.
The second album cover shown, while not all those were played in the compilation, shows Uriah Heep, Al Stewart, Gerry Rafferty, and some others that just floored me--how could anyone think they were "One Hit Wonders?"
  16. One hit wonders, bring back so many great memories! Great job of your picks
  17. Whenever I hear one of these songs...it takes me right back to  a special moment in time.........you either liked the song or....to this day, the tune still makes you cringe
  18. He can't even run his own life
I'll be damned if he'll run mine
  19. Being able to remember this stuff is awesome. Getting old(er) is a new story every day!
  20. I beg to differ bro.
