The Nose Knows: Part I "Mr. Wilson's" Blackhead Extractions

Many of you are familiar with "Mr Wilson", and if you aren't, well then, you certainly SHOULD be! He is a wonderful gentleman who has allowed me to film his many blackhead extraction procedures, and I have compiled all the best extractions from his nose (which is a blackhead goldmine), chronologically, so that we can see the transformation - and it is a dramatic one! 5. I Love the "pops" your patients with rhinophyma's pores give. It Amazes me what our bodies can create and how much dead skin and body oil cheese it can store in our pores. I know that some cysts have "wet news paper" like cheese in them and it seems that some people's blackheads and whiteheads have the very same consistency, such as Mr. Wilson here.

12. I use to have really huge blackheads during puberty and I loved squeezing them after a shower with my fingers, but now all my blackheads are small and I can't do it anymore:(
