1. I've been a long time watcher of Dr. Lee's videos and I've watched this one many times and I'm always left wondering why derms don't employ the use of like micro-suction. I know they have the capabilities to do so but was wondering why not. Especially given a case like this, would the insertion of a micro-suction wand not aide in pulling those pieces atleast to the surface? Just wondering if there was a medical reason not to do so or if it was just something overlooked or just not thought of yet... like remember before her patient who was a dentist mentioned using a curette they didn't use them much but now they employ their usefulness quite often. Anyway...not being critical at all. Just wonderjng
2. How is this not infecting her insides, that was a lot of stuff coming out. She must feel bad all the time, is that stuff not pushing on other organs or on her skeletal body?

11. I love this patient. Dr. Lee, I notice you do not subscribe to packing wounds like this with packing strips. You prefer to stitch the opening closed. Why is this?

I do luv your videos Dr.sandra I wish there was a way you could see my daughter but we live in Georgia and I have had a liver transplant and kidney transplant also heart surgery so money is tight..we've taken her to local dermatologist and no help she has tried antibiotics epido cream. calmed it down very little.i would like to hear any advise please.we love your videos.. please reply back...
