  6. Ok I'm not gonna be one of those dipshits who says "I'm only 17 and I hate all modern music and this is real music" because that's fucking gay. But I enjoy this music, and it really defines the sound of the 50s And it's good to see it still getting recognition
  7. I'm my opinion, elvis should have been no 1 as he did lead rock n roll before johnny be goodie was released but I still respect Chuck berry so either way there two legends who should be reconsidered as the masters of music along side Sinatra, Jackson and crosby
  8. Impossible task to select the most important rock songs of the 50s, but I don't have a problem with ANY of these, and think they are a good cross-section. I lived those days as a young kid with limited radio exposure to these hits way up in Canada where song-play was VERY selective by lots of old fogey station managers. Congrats! Will subscribe!
  9. RIP Chuck Berry.
  10. cash is the goat
  11. My favorite song from the 50s is Earth Angel. The Penguins were amazing
  12. WHAT ID SAY IS IN THIS LIST I LOVE THAT SONG

  14. Where's Rock and Roll is here to stay by Danny and the Juniors?
  15. what about Dion and The Belmonts??? i love them
  16. How can 'whole lotta shakin' by Jerry Lee Lewis not be on a top 10???
