[RANKING-NOTES] -There are artists which I'm aware of and before you ask me why didn't I not put the in the list here are the reasons. *Bloody Ruckus -- can be fast enough to enter the list, but lyrics of his song are anywhere to be found.* *J-Battle -- 13.7 SPS so not fast enough to enter the list, not famous enough to enter the honorable mentions.* *Mizury -- maybe fast enough to enter the list, but not as clear. His pronounciation is way off, still a great artist though.* *Lyrah& Lucky N9ne -- can't decipher the Philipine language sorry.* *Leach& DisplayMusic23 -- they haven't earned the title rapper yet.* *CEZA, Tankurt Manas and Bigga -- None of them is faster than 13.5. I could've mentioned them in the honorable mentions, but I didn't want the list to be 1 hour long.* *Ksicfaces -- Not fast enough to enter the list.* *Momentim -- Even if he goes over 14 SPS he is not exactly a rapper, he just does covers* -And yes I'm aware of the fast that many other artists are fast enough to enter the honorable mentions or the "Top 20" but this list is a "Top 10" ;) and the honorable mentions section is based off of my preferences. -I put El Chojin in front of SplytSecond because, if SplytSecond did 15.6 SPS for about 3-4 seconds, El-Chojin maintained this speed for a full minute. -IMPORTANT: Many ASPIRING rappers have contacted me claiming they were fast enough to enter the list. Some were legit (kVr& 3Fekt ect.), others not so much. There were even people who believed they could go over 80 SPS. Without offending anyone I would call that complete bullshit. Even though some based only on speed deserved a place in this list, I concluded not to put them, because they haven't fully earned the title "rapper" yet. I hope I explained myself in the best way possible. Before making a suggestion for a rapper to enter the list, first check if he is a rapper. And try not to self-advertise to much. -Also, sorry for some low quality images, some rappers on the list are really underground and it's hard to find a good picture of them. -You might have noticed that the timer doesn't go beyond .25 tenth of seconds. That's because the video is capped at 25 frames per second. This doesn't influence the measurements though which are all timed with a regular time system.
