7. at number 1: the creators of the anime didn't know the colors of vegeta and nappa,so they speculated, but once tariyama saw the episode he sent them the colors of vegeta and nappa

9. to be fair, number 1 wasn't really a mistake. it was all they (the animators) had to go on. Keep in mind, they made the show as the manga came out, so they didn't know these things.

15. Vegitas (like his father king Vegita) hair has always been dark brown. It may be inconsistent depending on who colored the episode, but there are numerous examples of his hair being dark brown from the beginning all the way through the buu saga. And sayians hair style may generally be the same from birth, but hair loss does occur, ie Nappa's baldness, and vegita's receeded hair line.

18. The different color schemes nappa and vegeta had in their first appearance had nothing to do with Toriyama. Toriyama actually had little to nothing to do with the anime, he only worked the Manga and occasionally offered some assistance in the movies. The reason Nappa and Vegeta had the wrong colors is because Toriyama hadn't drawn those characters in color at the time that Toei animated the filler episodes introducing them.
