What the diff, between these expensive dresses, expensive art, expensive jewelry, expensive homes/cars/boats, expensive wine, expensive steaks, expensive jobs, etc, etc, etc. Seems like a few people here have been touched by the green eyed monster. Many Many people are employed because of these dresses (even if some people think they are extravagant), such as: the silk, satin & lace makers, the pearl farmers, the diamond/gemstone miners, jewelry makers, of course the seamstresses, models, All the people that work on the runway, photographers, etc. would not have been employed to help create & show these dresses.
   
   Other than Grace Kelly's Gown, Melania K. Trumps Gown (which was not the dress in this video), Kate Middleton's Gown & Kim Kardashian's thing she wore with Kanye (not shown on this video either), the dresses were just runway dresses, the designers creation's come to life, it is a form of art.

There are parents in the U.S. that don't eat in order that they can feed their children food each day. And, many 3rd world countries would be happy to be in their situations. People throughout the world are dying each day because of lack of food and sanitation. The people who buy these gowns: are they aware that most of the world is in hunger. $5K for a wedding gown seems a lot, but $8.5 million. Folks, it is just fabric, thread and baubles. You can't take it with you.

19. This is the biggest load of horseshit! As a bridal consultant I can attest that several of the "supposed" gowns are NOT the gowns worn by the women that are represented! Get your facts straight!
