13. What about Ashe?? She's most nerfed now. W does not count as one of her basic attacks for Q stacks, Less ulty damage, A 5 SECONDS more cd on W and prolly many other I don't know about before I started playing her. Now sh'es nothing compared to other adcs.

16. Im kind of missing Riven Rengar Elise Diana, they might not be nerfed overall but on those champions a small change made a huge difference (Elise cocoon) sometimes what seems small was complete destruction for a champion
