    Wow, I actually agreed with your opinion about Alicia Keys. I first noticed her in Fallin' and loved it. Then I also liked "How come you don't call" and "Girlfriend". Her second album was ok, not as catchy but ok. I absolutely hate "Girl on Fire" from the first time I heard it, the lyrics are so corny and I find it incredibly dull with the chorus just repeating that single line.

    But I disagree with you about Rihanna's "Umbrella". I hated it due to its repetitive word at the end, a problem I have with most pop songs these days. And I partially attribute that to "Umbrella", as I seem to recall seems to kickstart other songs to adopt that trait until today. Nowadays "umbrella' is a bit more tolerable, guess I got used to it.
