It was no surprise seeing pacquiao in this list.. Filipino boxers here in the philippines always cherry picks their opponents to make their record look good but when face by top fighters they loss terribly by k.o - do you remember Boom Boom Bautista? who got k.o in round 1 by Ponce de leon? How about Bazooka Banal? who got humiliated by a 9 round stoppage in the Philippines! These boxers where promising yet unable to deliver the promise of their 'record', the major factor of that is the cherry picking, no true competition. When Pac and donaire retires it will be a long time to find a filipino boxer that can compete with top fighters.
