Recognized by the Guiness World Records as the world's most popular free MMORPG, RuneScape still holds supreme after more than a decade. The fight is still on for the throne as new and advanced counterparts compete with the veteran MMORPG for the title of the most popular one in the genre but RuneScape has come a long way with ther graphical browser game now updated in HD following harsh criticism in the past. It is simple with no downloads, all you need is internet, browser and a free account to play. Guild Wars 2: Guild Wars 2 is one of its kind MMORPG which features a storyline that is responsive to player's actions. Though this might now sound new in single player games but its is completely new for multiplayer environment. 3. Why put rs07 to the list? Rs3 is the best of all and osrs (rs07) is the shittiest of all. This video clearly doesnt show the modern day runescape gameplay...
4. Lol gw2 isn't legendary, it's dead now; to put it on a list with the legendaries is crazy. Gw2 sucks, Runescape is better.

EVE ( for being very hardcore) and Aion ( for the amount of content available and because classes are well balanced and polished) 1.Ragnarok online ( still play it some times )
   I also like Allods but it definately isnt on the top 5
10. Just a small note-
    I've been playing WoW since 2003 (pre-alpha), and I can say that the Vanilla WoW sucked.
    The only good things about Vanilla was the raiding experience (bosses only! you'd spend 5 hours killing trash and then 15 mins at the boss. That sucked.), and also, imagine having yourself in charge of 40 people, and you need to make them work togather, coordinated, at the same time as killing a super OP mob.
    Let's not talk about leveling, or getting a mount, which was a nightmare.
    The really good WoW time was WotLK. I would make the bosses a bit more hard there, but Blizz peaked at 12 million subs in WotLK. It was also there when the graphics became significantly better, and the whole expansion was awesome.
    Just my opinion. I'd like to hear comments to that.

12. Dark Age of Camelot is 10,000 times better than all of these games. Hell even Ultima Online is better than most of these games. I disagree with your list completely, but that's probably just me.
13. i dont know guys tell me if im wrong but how a game like Lineage 2 are not in that list ? i mean maybe lineage are old (still exist ... anyway) but no1 can say is not one from the top 10 or beter top5 games... even when we all start to play WoW after the line age even toay at LoL still ppl are speacking for the fun we had on line age and some times when we get bored we play on lineage pvp servers only for fun, pvp, pk...
