1. 2:16 i know that feeling that only occurs with the deadlift... It is when the ears go sizzle, and you are about to pass out, and then tingles everywhere, and then you return to this world, ready to deadlift again.
2. Well, it's great the number 1 and all, but the bar's literally halfway up the move and the outer tires are still on the ground. This is great for exhibitions, but it ain't legitimate until it's on a regulation bar.
