Underwater breath hold week 3: 00:02:16 (intense stomach contractions)

Week 3 of the underwater breath holds and the new record is two minutes and sixteen seconds. This was a tough one to beat and took me several attempts. Around 1:45 i started to get very strong contractions and I pushed until I couldnt anymore. Enjoy!

12. I wonder what the heart rate of this person was at the time of holding their breath under water as thats a huge factor as to how long they can hold there breath for and being that this persons chest is quite broad id suspect the heart would be quite big/blood/oxygen hungry
