Usain Bolt 100 Metres 2 Round IAAF World Championship Athletics Berlin 2009

Usain Bolt 100 Metres 2 Round IAAF World Championship Athletics Berlin 2009 Usain is the perfect champion Usain St. Leo Bolt, OJ, C.D. (pronounced /juːˈseɪn/;[7] born 21 August 1986), is a Jamaican sprinter and a three-time Olympic gold medalist. He holds the world record for the 100 metres, the 200 metres and, along with his teammates, the 4x100 metres relay. He also holds the Olympic record for all three of these races. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, Bolt became the first man to win three sprinting events at a single Olympics since Carl Lewis in 1984, and the first man to set world records in all three at a single Olympics. In 2009 he became the first man to hold the 100 and 200 m world and Olympic titles at the same time. Bolt distinguished himself with a 200 m gold medal at the 2002 World Junior Championships, making him the competition's youngest-ever gold medalist. In 2004, at the CARIFTA Games, he became the first junior sprinter to run the 200 m in under 20 seconds with a time of 19.93 s, breaking Roy Martin's world junior record by two-tenths of a second. He turned professional in 2004, missing most of his first two seasons due to injuries, but he competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics. In 2007, he beat Don Quarrie's 200 m Jamaican national record with a run of 19.75 s. In May 2008, Bolt set his first 100 m world record with a time of 9.72 s. He set world records in both 100 m and 200 m events at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics: 100 m record time of 9.69 s broke his own previous record of 9.72 s; with a record time of 19.30 s he broke previous record of 19.32 s by Michael Johnson at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. In August 2009, a year after the Beijing Olympics, he lowered his own 100 m and 200 m world records to 9.58 s and 19.19 s respectively at the 2009 World Championships.[8] His record breaking margin in 100 m is the highest since the start of digital time measurements.[9] His achievements in sprinting have earned him the media nickname "'Lightning Bolt".[10]

  1. when your so fast you don't even run your normal like Goku holding back in a fight this is ridiculous
  2. at 3:48 usain and the other guy are like oh hi :D
  3. PEDs = jogging 10 secs.

Since the crack down on PED use in 2012, times have been pretty "normal" for most except for those with extreme steroids in their system (Gatlin) who will continue to run extremely fast due to latent steroid effect in his muscle fibers.
  4. what the fuck are you on about idiot, Bailey thought he was a bad ass in the semi heat but after the final he was put in his place... simple as that teddy... and your on about me going on dr phil to cry when your name is teddy? now that's funny
  5. No. It would take a lot more than that for me to feel useless or embarrassed. I guess I'm just way more practical and thick-skinned that you. You're one of those people who would go on Judge Judy or Dr Phil and cry about them being mean to you. Boohoo. So both Bolt and Bailey should make a big production of exertion so people like you can feel better about your mediocrity? I think not.
  6. are you his cousin or brother lol .... he was showing no respect to the others in the field... imagine your in that race and saw him do that in front of you ... trust me you would feel so useless and embarrassed.
  7. Let's try this again. It's the quarterfinals. Of course he was among lesser men. What exactly is cocky and showing off about having fun during a race when you don't have to go all out to get through to the next round. If he was cocky and showing off and didn't make it past this round, or didn't make it past the semifinals, then you could gloat. He made it to the final against the fastest men of all time at that point. That was an accomplishment considering he'd never gotten there before.
  8. Bailey was been a cocky show off cause he was up againist a lesser field.... thats why i said he wasnt laughing after the final cause he was put in his place
  9. Bailey was never going to make the top 3 unless there was a miracle. His PB compared to the others was too great a gulf. It was always going to be Bolt, then Gay vs Asafa. So I don't know what your point is supposed to be but it's a ridiculous one. At least here he had a memorable race and was part of one of the most amazing heats ever run in a championship. I'd rather be Bailey, having a good time than be Williamson, all over the place running balls out and still not make the final.
  10. No one with sense tries to set a PB in the heats. You use up too much energy and risk injury for a race that doesn't get you a medal. The objectives of the heats is to win while expending the least amount of energy possible. Unless the runner doesn't stand a chance of advancing, then he can try for a PB. The most ridiculous thing Ryan Bailey did in the Olympics last year was run a PB in the semis. Notice in the finals he came in behind the people who ran easy races in the heats?
  11. and i searched for zombies town round 100
  12. The best part is the commentator saying "This is ridiculous!". He seems genuinely offended. :D
  13. amazing how they can cruise basically 10 seconds .so fast
  14. the jogging of usain bolt its your maximum speed xd
  15. If usain was white and ameerican he would worth 200mil right now but he's black and jamaican and he's worth 6mil
  16. Bailey record is only 9.91, here he jogs in 10.02. Only 0.11 seconds slower and he is not even trying! He should have tried to get new personal best
  17. God mode.
  18. how the F#CK do you run a 10.02 when jogging the last 20 meters!?!?!?!!
  19. immagine if usain was white
  20. @stacymala ya bailey wasnt laughing in the finals when he didnt even finish in the top 3
