The guy who made this video needs to watch more of Usain Bolts 100m races. Bolt usually leads from start to finish in the world record races. Check em out out on Youtube....you'll see he doesn't give up anything at the start.
I think it is pretty clear that nobody in the world is faster than Bolt, and nobody has ever been. Moving the goalposts around to try and find a way that somebody might be faster than him clearly shows that.

The way you used the "literally" let me confidently say that I can tell you don't have a college degree.
The man has reached the limit and reset what scientists thought was humanly possible for human foot speed. Nobody in the NFL is even in the same league. I used to run 10.28's-10.45's in high school. Big bad tough guy on the local turf. Too bad I barely weighed 140 and would have been carted off the field after one hard tackle in the NFL (would probably drop the ball too). Doubtful Bolt would last long being hit like that. He's not used to being lit up in the open field. Nobody can run like Bolt. Justin Gatlin is probably the closest though. Those men would leave me 15 metres in the rear on the best day of my life. Oh, and I ran a maximum of 22.8mph peak speed. I now have an artificial knee, so 10mph is probably my top speed.
