I've had terrible terrible eczema my whole life to the point where I've faced death a few times, since I've been vegan for the past 6 1/2 months my eczema has mostly cleared up, I've been vegetarian for 2 years for the animals but I realized I wasn't doing much help. With going vegan I help animals and I even helped my self. Please, go vegan, if not for the animals for your self.

16. You guys are doing a very good thing. I only watched half of the earthlings trailer and I got so freaked out and sad by these poor animals and how awful the world is for hurting these animals. Thank you for changing my outlook 💕

18. Luca, Just a few tweaks and you'll get more out of your hard work:
    
    -Use lighter weights so it allows you to lift with more force and speed (kind of like if you wanted to throw the weights in a controlled way, or think of it as trying to pump water from a well, or maybe a heavy bike pump, or like when you ride a bike up a hill and you're standing up to putting all the effort into one leg each time you pedal).
    But not too light, you want the muscle to feel pumped after 8-12 reps, and exhausted after 3 sets.
    
    -As you lower the dumbbells/barbell, picture that you are pulling the weight back down instead of letting gravity do it.
    
    -Lift fast, pause for a second(or less) at the peak of the movement and contract the muscle, and lower to start position, pause again. (be kind of robotic in the movement, kind of like the way hydraulic machines move if that makes sense - smooth motion, then fairly sudden stop, then smooth motion again, relax, and repeat).
    
    -The whole movement (concentric and eccentric) should ideally be completed in about half of the time that was shown in this vid.
    
    You'll be like Wolverine in about 12 months :-)

20. I used to live in KL for awhile, this vlog brings back memories! Sadly, I wasn't a vegan then so i've missed out on the lovely vegan food!
