  1. I don't get it. how could their metabolic rate became slower after the show? I thought working out and gaining muscle could increase the metabolic rate.
  2. Absolutely brilliant!!!!
  3. As a former model I messed up my metabolism really badly and have tried every diet & exercise routine out there to successfully reach runway size. After 15 years of hell I learned to let my body do its thing but, ironically, these days I'm easily losing weight by not trying to lose weight. Instead I just want to be as healthy as possible. I don't count calories. I like eating free-range eggs in moderation, lots of organic brown rice, beans, lentils and lots and lots of fruits and veggies, herbs and spices and sea salt. Once in a while: a little seafood prepared at home, a tiny bit of butter, non-gmo oil or cheese, or some raw nuts but very little. The key for me is nothing processed - no weird chemicals, no prepackaged anything, no sauces or condiments unless I made em from scratch without oil - and no gluten, no wheat or flours and no sugar or artificial sweeteners except a bit of wine and a little organic dark chocolate very rarely (and whatever sugar is in the yummy fruits I eat). Nothing fried or cooked in oil. No pasteurized juice or nut milks or anything like that as that is processed food. No dried fruits might as well eat the fresh thing. No chicken or red meat.I eat as much as I want this way - nice, big portions as many times as I like - and feel pretty great. At a restaurant I'll have poached eggs or a great big salad no dressing and a glass of wine or plain tea. I exercise a tiny little bit, like 30 mins twice a week, more if I have time. I like the endorphins from working out. I don't feel like I'm missing out even though most stuff that people eat seems kinda crappy to me.My body feels slim but still nicely curvy and not hungry. It feels happy and my skin looks better. I take lots of vitamins and minerals too when I can afford it (sugar free, gluten free, non gmo vegan supplements are the only processed thing I'll ingest once in a while). And I'm not even trying to look good anymore. I just don't want to get preventable heart disease or preventable cancer.I feel hungry so I'm off to eat some bananas, apples with cinnamon, rice and beans with homemade spicy tomato sauce :D

  16. Hi 🙋 As a healthcoach and fitness instructor, I totally agree with everything you say!! Love that 💩 metapfore 😂😂😂 /Jessica from Sweden ✌
  17. Yeah, many of them did regain the weight, but not all of them.
  18. Damn, dude only sleeps 4 hours a night! I'm glad he brought up the emotional part of eating, I feel like that is a HUGE component of why people struggle with their weight and it hardly ever gets addressed.

Although I'm not sure I could equate a vegan's commitment with a person trying to lose weight, of course they would never slip up and eat a cheeseburger, they don't want to eat cheeseburgers and are never tempted by them the same way a person losing weight is.
  19. Fools. Just find the weight that is right and stay around it.
  20. Why do you scream?
