  11. Another thing to remember: however much weight you use you actually lift nearly 70 percent of it (assuming 45 degree angle)
  12. in football the kids tell us that our knees have to touch our chest and there quads would come around the sides of there body almost as if they were avoiding going straight down until there quads reach the start of the chest are they doing it right?
  13. thank you so much  I needed this  ..I had an ACl  knee reconstruction with50% of the medial meniscus removed ..I had lots of atrophy  on the leg  ..and I'm trying to build my quads  ,..doctor told me to squads  but that's not enough  its  been 11 months and I'm at about 80%

  20. Thanks for the videos. Great informative workout channel. When you say "don't lock your knees" on this video, does that mean don't stretch the legs all the way up(until they are straight) during the upward movement ?
