2. I got my prom dress for $10 at my local thrift store and it was in GREAT condition. No problems at all. And it looks like I paid good money for it. So i don't know why everyone is saying "you get what you paid for" because I didn't pay for a lot but still got a beautiful dress. Because who would want to spend $500 or more for something you are only going to wear for one night

6. i paid over £130 for my prom dress. turns out it's a sketchy website where the dresses are horrible and the people refuse to give you refunds. When my dress arrived it was slightly different from the original (its not supposed to have a back or front but they put sheer material there). It was pretty decent.

8. It just doesn't fit your body. That's all. You can't expect that everything is absolutely gorgeous, those are dresses for $20
9. I bought the exact same royal blue one just for the hell of it and I was so surprised to find that it's actually perfectly wearable, yours looks different to their picture but mine's identical. The way I see this issue is that it shouldn't matter if you pay £3 or £300 for an item of clothing it should still fit properly and be wearable, a lot of people don't check the sizing details or the small print too so they shouldn't be surprised if things don't fit correctly. Unfortunately lots of people (myself included) have been a victim of the shoddy workmanship that comes from China but I have to say that I've always received a full refund if I wasn't happy because most the sellers are really concerned with their feedback ratings.
10. I'm lucky I get handmedowns from my sister. She actually has good dresses that she never even wore. So yay for me!

14. well you got what you paid for I ain't judging but I mean it's fuckin 2017 people should know about misrepresentation and misselling online form dodgy Chinese or East Asian websites and people of this generation should know by now whatever ris cheap is gonna be fuckin tacky duuurgh it's a no brainer! like even if they tell you a dress is amazing and of good quality etc. and priced at 2 dollars at a shitty website, you for real gonna believe that? just don't fuckin purchase from a shit website and if you're broke then tough shit so am i but you don't see me complaining

20. The only thing aliexpress does is sell fakes of the real thing. If you're lucky, the only thing aliexpress sells that is good is weave and hair.
