Who is the Biggest NBA Draft Bust?

Greg Oden stated that he was in fact the biggest bust in NBA history. Oden recently sat down in an interview to discuss his career post pro-basketball and how it all went downhill so fast. The former No. 1 overall pick by the Portland Trail Blazers also knows that Kevin Durant was taken right after him, and looks at how his career panned out. 1. greg oden shouldn't be on this list. Injuries messed up his career. A person like kwame brown or anthony Bennett is a bust but Bennett has time to turn his career around.

6. I don't consider Oden a bust, because injuries aren't something that you can foresee, or change. When they happen, they happen, and they happen to everyone. He was just unfortunate enough to have it happen to him often. He was talented, and didn't get to showcase it because of his injuries.
   
   Guys like Bennett and Kwame had all the time in the world to show their talent, but they had none, and that's why they are busts.

9. I cant bring myself to call oden a bust, simply because theres nothing he could do and i have no doubt he would be the best centre in the NBA had his body held up. To me the term bust only comes into play when someone is given the chance and fails, e.g. darko or Khwame.

I don't think Greg oden was a bust when he was on the court you were kinda like yeah this guys good I get it he just got hurt and that's not his fault I look at busts like kwame brown he wasn't unimpressive cause he couldn't stay on the court he was unimpressive cause he was genuinely unimpressive that's the only way to look at these guys. It's just like Emeka okafor who got taken before Dwight Howard, when he was on the court he was a good player but he had issues staying healthy which limited how much of that you got to see. In my opinion you can't be a bust cause your body broke that doesn't mean you were bad there are pleanty of guys whose bodies stayed relatively healthy and were just plain bad and had no place going first and the only reason they did was probably cause the gm had to much to drink that day oden was a good choice who wasn't looked after.

15. 2:02 DUDE stop. Those other guys (minus Bowie) had years to develop but never did. At least it seemed like Oden was trying unlike some of those other scrubs.
