  1. must be drinking them sodas
  2. I understand the science of this, but eating healthy and still working out, doesn't make you gain 100lbs.
  3. go and read jason fung's blog and you'll get all the answers..
  4. come on. it sld be a lifestyle change. it's not like you don't have to maintain your body after you lose the weight.
  5. danny is a victim of his own lack of self control..he's lazy and blames everyone else. smh
  6. these "studies" are pathetic...why do they complicate things convincing people that it's impossible for them to stay healthy? It's so fucking simple, calories in vs calories out...if your metabolism starts burning 400 calories less than what it used to...u gotta eat 400 calories less, it's not fucking rocket science..you will not gain the fat back if you aren't over eating (and by over eating i mean eating more calories than your body needs)...i'm so sick of people acting like obesity is the fault of anyone other than the person who is over eating
  7. The thing is, the main reason for their regain of weight was the harmful practices used on the show for quick results. This makes it seem like losing wait isn't worth it. Which it is! If you can lose weight you should. And if you do it naturally and healthily your metabolic rate can actually get better.
  8. bcuz theyre lazy fucks who watxh tv all day and dont workout! or eat right
  9. This is the most aggravating shit ever. "I need 400 fewer calories per day so I can't help but gain weight." Dude. I was 260 lbs and now I'm 162. It's not that fucking hard to lose weight. Just put the god damned fork down. Holy. Shit. Losing weight is just math.
  10. this is stupid. first they fuck up your body so much second it's not your body these ppl can work out 45 min a day a keep the weight off but they don't teach you how don't listen to this show it's retarded
  11. She's full of shit and  he's full of pie and stopped exercise.   That's it.   That's all you need to know.
  12. He just admitted himself that when he stopped exercising he put on weight...   is anyone going to ask what his diet is like? or shall we all just blame science?  I say if you've lost that amount of weight, then its in your best interest to continue and live a healthy lifestyle for good. That's the reason he's put weight back on, because he went back to old ways...  the ways that made him fat in the first place.  There is your science !
  13. they regain weight because they dont keep up the work and eats way to much again. nothing to do with the body trying to get back to the old fat shit you where
  14. 3:37 is where the answer to this half assed research is. The way they work out on the biggest loser is insane. Very few people can live and eat the way they do on the show. For those who do, they usually can't keep it up for a long time without a decent break. Throw in the fact that most people will go back to eating high calorie low nutrient foods, food addictions etc... of course the weight will come back. Weight loss is about a permanent lifestyle not just a short period of time.
  15. muscle loss= slow metabolism
  16. Lazy morons
  17. thats why im so hungry...
  18. You guys who blame the people for this are a bunch of morons. The problem is that they eat too much carbs which start pumping out insulin in the body and insulin is a fat storing hormone. They need to cut down the carbs and eat more fat. Simple as that.
  19. The goal is to reset your metabolic set point, it's possible with fixing insulin resistance. No, it's not a quick fix but it's possible.
