3. Not to mention that both goku as well as some were in the remains of the RRA head quarter should still be portabel dragon radars t be found (RRA the original one that was stolen by Blue and Goku the rebuild from Turbo)

9. Idk if you talk about this or if this is really a plot hole or not but in the cell saga when Goku use the instant transmission to get Tien and Piccolo, why didn't he just take 18 with him if they wanted her away cell in the first place?

13. This is as bad as not trying the Mafuba against Buu. Both Piccolo and Tien know that technique and can use it without drying. At least they could tried it and come up with a reason why it does not.

    Dr. Briefs doesn't have a high enough power level for Goku to sense...
15. nice catch with the popo finding dragon balls during frieza arc i always thought that if he can find them ths easily why doesnt he just go there.
    when u think about it there are some legendary anime that suffer from plot holes like that for one reason. My mot notorious ones are Saint seiya and hokuto noken. In these 2 cases the back story get rewritten in a way that makes the initial arcs look weird despite being good on their own.

17. Why do people have high expectations for dragon ball z? Why do you even pay attention to plot holes.

I'm guessing that aside from Toriyama needlessly dragging out the story and having the writing suffer for it, maybe she could not build a new Dragon Radar on Kami's Lookout because there is (presumably) no technology up there to create one from scratch. Roshi's Island had a television, a phone, and other stuff so she was probably able to find enough parts to build one to make due with what she had (which doesn't need to be very much at all).
19. Bulma doesnt know about Popo and Dende's powers. and as for not being able to be re-made well maybe they used all of the special material in making so many dragon radars and shenron cant wish it back since its been more then a year.
20. Each year, have one fighter wish for immortality. It would almost amount to the same amount of wishes made before GT bah ha!
