WORLD'S BIGGEST JELLYFISH?

Hey guys, Bill here…you know there’s been this picture on the internet I keep bumping in to everywhere… The people who post say its a snapshot of a newly discovered Supersize giant jellyfish… Now depending on what website you read, some say it is a Lion’s Mane Jelly Fish, and others say it is unknown… Hey you can call it anything you want, but Is this picture real? Or is it a photoshopped fake… Thats what I want to know. I did some checking around and didn’t find anything at my usual sources, but I did come across an article in DeepSea News by Dr M on the subject. Doctor M is actually a guy named Craig R. McClain, who works at the National Evolutionary Synthesis Center in Durham North Carolina… He’s also the chief editor of deep sea news. According to Craig, the largest Lion’s Mane Jellyfish ever recorded had a bell diameter of 7 feet or 2.29 meters. But if you estimate the height of the diver as 5 feet or 1.5 meters, then the bell of the jellyfish would be about 15 feet (4.57 Meters) - Now C’mon - This thing can’t be twice the size of the largest known Jellyfish???? Seriously…???? But then it is the ocean, of which 95% remains unexplored. So anything is possible, Dr. M dug a little deeper into the issue… If you zoom in on the diver, he writes, you can see a characteristic Photoshop halo. Also, according to the Doctor, the color and the shadows of the diver do not match the rest of the photograph… And then on top of that, the Doctor searched the internet and found a picture of that jellyfish without a diver…. mmmmm Now considering all the research, I have to say, there are some really big jellyfish out there… but this particular picture is nothing more than a photoshop special, a Dr. M inspected, grade b… fake… And that my friends brings me to the question of the day, do you think there are jellyfish out there that are bigger than anything we have ever seen? Or do you think the 7 ft Lion’s Mane Jellyfish will remain the record holder for ever more. 15. hay bill the thing is that people mite photo shop the diver is because they want it to look beater but the jelly fish still mite be real i'm going to look at the picture right now!ii have looked at it and don't you
    think the stingers look like wet string?!but because the diver is so close wouldn't the jellyfish react?!!!
