not sure i would take "we would spank you" comment on an international channel well. That meeting was so disrespectful.
The natural sound and music added overpowers the voice-over narrator and makes it hard to understand what he's saying sometimes. Otherwise good documentary.

Good documentary. Koreans have very good work ethic. The folks from the Netherlands have a unique sense of humor. However they work together well.

They dare to build the world's biggest cargo ship in 9 and half months. Is it safe??? However, European team and Asian Korean team are the world best combination of team workers....Caucasian and Asians people are the world’s Intelligence race…. And of course Caucasian people have always bias, disrespect and jealous of Asian people because of their intelligence, technologies and sciences as well.... Therefore, bossing around blames on others is what White men doing best and it is White people specialty..... Discrimination against Asian minority is still happen every day here in America..............For instance job and on television is one of it...............................

I agree the Maersk people come over as not being very friendly. Let me fill in some bits why I think that is so. The people shown here represent the customer at the shipyard. They are responsible for completing the ship on schedule. So why did the Maersk board decide to build the type ship of the largest container vessel in the world on such a tight schedule? At first, I thought it was just a dumb management decision. But the shipping industry has been struggling in recent years, with global recession and soaring fuel prices hitting them more directly than some other industries. Many companies went belly up, and even some of the biggest were close to. When Maersk started building the Triple-Es, the global economy was looking more favourable; but this order of ships is a huge financial commitment. Each single day of delay holds a risk that the economy might worsen, and these expensive ships may not pay for themselves, in which case Maersk would probably be ruined, and tens of thousands of people would be out of their jobs. That's the stakes, and if the guys shown here are unfriendly, it's probably because they are scared shitless of what might happen if they don't play tough.
