  3. which company product white mercedes G double cab I cant find this car can you help
  4. I live three hours away and wasn´t aware of the show but after seeing this I shall definetely go this year. Thanks for the video.
  5. A company/brand that can't openly talk about their product is a huge sign for me to never, ever do business with them.
  6. My 10 yr old son left this comment , he is land rover mad.He won't be leaving anymore comments.Sorry.
  7. I wish you would show things that you LIKE instead of things you DIDN'T LIKE. Not one interesting accessory (a cool new LED light system?), just anything, too much time wasted on the electric motor Toyota, this isn't interesting to most people. Please be more specific when you record these shows, try to think what a broader audience might be interested in. I feel that in 18 minutes you showed a bunch of Toyota 78 that you didn't find so great, and not much else. And why waste time on people that didn't let you interview them? Maybe if you had put a bit more time into showing us whatever interesting new gadget for overland camping (I am sure there were many) was being shown, and less time on your 'competitors' we'd get more from this film. Not everyone is a Troopy person.
  8. i'm very exciting to see this expo this year, can't wait for it
  9. The added roof hight of the Landcruisers keeps the vehicle inside warmer than a fabric pop up roof, and thus more for colder climates.
  10. Good video. I grew up loving Landrover. My cousin grew up on Landcruisers. Last week they built the last Defender Landrover. There is all this talk for years and years of a replacement but still nothing. The 70 series Landcruiser has been with us since the late 80s, regardless of what camp your in, you have to agree it has been an unbelievable success. Shame on the Landrover managers, you have had decades to sort things out. If Toyota bring the 70 series to the UK to fill the vacuum I fear many Landy lovers will convert. Me, after spending time in Africa with my cousin and his Landcruisers, I bought a Japenese import 76. It is so far in advance of even a brand new Defender, if such thing still existed.
  11. I just read on Abenteuer & Allrad's facebook page that you were the major influence in changing their subline from Europe's largest offroad expo to the World's largest offroad expo.
  12. Lol, on the Morgan-Morgen joke.
  13. Hi Andrew, I like the colour of your Land Cruiser. In the near future Im going to paint my LC, is it possible to get the colour coordinates? See you on the next Abenteuer & Allrad.
    Thank you!
  14. Next time or when you get the opportunity , try a nissan patrol td42 especially on an off-road circuit and i guarantee you will love it. It is the best all round unmodified off road vehicle i have used especially in Africa, where roads are not good and reliability is paramount. I have used landrover defender county, landrover discovery, rangerover, toyota landcruiser 100, toyota landcruiser prado and the toyota hilux. Must say the toyotas are equally good in terms of reliability but find them very unstable in curves. As for landrover vehicles they are the worst vehicles in terms of reliability and very expensive to maintain. Best avoided in Africa where reliability is probably the most reason for running the vehicles especially to remote areas. Somehow i see you are a toyota person.
  15. Wrong car land rover only
  16. cheers from Aruba, very nice event, I hope to go one day. I'm trying to open the first 4x4 store on the island. 4x4madnessaruba .
  17. 14:52 The sight of a Defender with an erection.
  18. Andy, what camcorder are you using for your shoot?
  19. While I don't disagree with what Andrew said about the hardtop LCs, I can easily see an advantage. I suspect it's because I'm used to northern European weather and he isn't, so maybe it's a bit more obvious to me or something.
If you travel around Europe (Especially the northern parts) you're going to get shitty weather sooner or later. Having a hard top means it can actually be insulated and you don't have to worry about having to air out the tent so it can dry etc.
I'm not sure if that's enough of an advantage for me to prefer it, but it still is an advantage. :)
