  7. I once saw 6 peregrine falcons chasing one poor shorebird together. That was 3 years ago, in Maryland.

  14. i thought the harpy eagle was the biggest.....

I bet migration is so that predators can't become reliant on them as a regular food source, as when they leave they starve them out/they have to eat other things while they're gone which aren't as readily available, thus the predators don't become too numerous which would start putting a dent in their population.
