No, Percheron's arent the worlds biggest, it's actually shire horses, but they are very nearly the same hand heights

The cold bloods are magnificent animals . Their strength and massive size belies their gentleness. Belgium draft horses, Clydesdale's and more are included in the cold blood lines. I've yet to meet a person that on seeing any of these breeds in person isn't just blown away. EVERYBODY loves them. Regal critters. The equine version of the bald eagle. Awe inspiring.
