Why didn't Truman drop the bomb on a Japanese military base or installation? Why did he choose Hiroshima, civilians? I wasn't there, so I don't know the dynamics of the situation. The Axis were monsters. But that's one question that's I've never quite known the answer to.

The USA had Japan surrounded and all supply lines cut off...the Japanese would eventually have had to surrender it was only a matter of time...so what did the US do? They fire bombed hundreds of thousands of Japanese civilians and then set off two nuclear bombs killing another hundred thousand civilians just to prove that they are truly without souls. Mark my words - the Lord God will judge them severely for their crimes against humanity that the world never knew of - and America will soon bear the brunt of the judgment to come upon them for not only these crimes, but many that happened since then.
