Worlds largest face cyst of 2016! Graphic Blackhead extraction & Pimple popping

I cant believe the size of this mans abscess cyst!!! This is for educational purposes and discussion. Most cysts are benign and are caused by plugged ducts or other natural body outlets for secretions.
