Subscribe to this channel: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=Locoracers Speaking of super size Rc airplanes, I was able to witness most likely the largest one, an Airbus A380 taking off and landing at the Remote Controlled Airfair at Hausen am Albis, Switzerland. Built on 1:15 scale, the plane measures almost 5m in span and is powered by four jetcat 120 turbines that consume almost 1.2 liters of kerosene per minute. It has a weight of about 71 kg (156.1 pounds). It was created by a German aircraft model maker called Peter Michel. The plane is piloted by Michael Brauer.
